Thank you for sticking with Enosis Graphic Solutions during the challenging months of 2020 – 2021. We are grateful for our clients and vendors and the relationships we’ve built with members of networking and civic groups. These relationships have helped us to sustain our motivation and resolve to continue through Zoom meetings, countless phone calls, and emails to accomplish our goals – both business and personal — during this period, despite all the turmoil. Thank you one and all!
Marketing Best Practices
As a marketing strategist, I can’t help but mention the value to a business to thank their contacts with sincerity and frequency. During periods when face-to-face meetings are sporadic or not occurring at all, it is especially helpful to touch base and to voice your thanks for being a customer or vendor.
There are several ways to do this. You can simply send an email. You can make good use of your e-newsletter, as we are doing. You can go a step further by sending a greeting card that is custom-designed and produced through a company called Send Out Cards.
Using their app, you can send a branded Thank You card with ease to a list of recipients at a cost that is less than the price of a quality Hallmark card. This is not an e-greeting … it is a tangible card on high-quality paper stock and printed with the image and greeting you create … and branded with your logo.
You can also send a small thank you gift to a targeted list of customers. If you normally send gifts at holiday time, you can plan an extra-special gift to thank specific recipients.
A box of gourmet cookies? A keep- sake filled with candy and nuts? Perhaps something your customer or contact will keep with your brand to remind them of your services throughout the year.
No matter how you decide to send your thanks, it is important to do so now … as the world slowly returns to the “new normal.”
